Rebekah Banks has been freelancing as a Makeup Artist in New Zealand for the past 8 years. She was awarded Makeup Artist of the Year 17/18 by the Beauty Association of New Zealand. Her work ranges from Bridal, to Fashion and Beauty. She loves creating fresh flawless looks, as well as thinking outside the box and doing creative makeup looks.
